In Brzesko county there are a lot of places for riding a bike. Two tourist bike trails run through Dębno commune: the red one from Dębno to the Sanctuary in Porąbka Uszewska and some parts of the yellow* one from Jadowniki to Bogumiłowice. Also very charming is a hiking trail from Łysa Góra to Niedźwiedza. While walking or driving tourists can admire beautiful landscape. Moreover, there is a blue trail prepared for hikers. It starts in Biadoliny Szlacheckie and ends in Melsztyn (Zakliczyn commune). Another hiking trail, the red one, runs along the western border of Dębno commune (circular trail).

More and more tourists appreciate rural landscape of Borzęcin and its surroundings. Forests full of groundcovers, wild animals and birds are the special attractions of Borzęcin. Mushroom pickers find the forests especially interesting. In the area of Borzęcin commune a 20 km long historical hiking trail is available for tourists (Borzęcin-Granice-Waryś-Bielcza-Granice-Borzęcin). The next hiking trail is a bit longer (25 km) and is destined for sightseeing and observing the nature (Borzęcin-Czarnawa-Białe Ługi-Borzęcin Dolny-Przymiarki-Borzęcin). 

Iwkowa commune is a wonderful place for cyclists. Two tourist bike trails has been set there – the big and the small loop. The big one, marked in red, is 36,5 km long and runs through Wojakowa, Dobrociesz, Kąty and Połom Mały. “The small loop”, marked in green, is 28,2km long and runs through Porąbka Iwkowska, Drużków Pusty, Dobrociesz, Wojakowa and, once again, Porąbka. Hiking enthusiasts won’t be bored in Iwkowa commune. Through the commune’s territory run two hiking trails, both set and administered by PTTK (Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society). The green trail (from Rajbrot to Czchów) and the black trail (from Lipnica Murowana, through Iwkowa, to Rajbrot). Also attractive for the cyclists are picturesque terrains of the Szczurowa commune. The plain surroundings, located along the Vistula river, are full of enchanting and beautiful green tracks. It is also a perfect place for walking amateurs, who can admire rural landscapes in tranquillity during their roams.

Especially characteristic for its landscapes and nature is the terrain of Czchów commune. The wonderfully picturesque city of Czchów is one of the oldest places in Poland. In the environs of the commune there are three tourist bike tracks: the west track–26km (Czchów-Tymowa-Tworkowa- Jurków-Czchów), the east track–16km (Czchów-Iwkowa-Piaski-Drużków-Czchów), and the south track–19km (Czchów-Trawniki-Będzieszyna-Wytrzyszczka-Kozieniec–Czchów). In Poland hiking trails are marked In different colours depending on the type of a trail: red trails-the main ones, leading through the most picturesque areas, blue trails-long distance tracks, yellow and green trails- short distance tracks.
